Greetings Central Frontier Participants,

As you all know the 2012 Central Frontier Meeting is scheduled to be held in Little Rock, Arkansas from April 20 to 22, 2012. The Little Rock (Mother) and Texarkana Chapter are proud to host this year’s meeting and hope that it is not only a successful meeting but  a good time for all.  Registration for this event is $40.00 which includes attendance at the Meet & Greet, a conference T-Shirt and patch.  On Saturday afternoon Blues on the River is our scheduled entertainment venue.  This is one of Arkansas premier Blues events and we hope to fill the audience with Black & Gold.  After negotiations with the event staff we have been able to guarantee one hundred (100) VIP seats.  The price for the VIP area is $45.00 per person. These seats are in front of the stage with chairs and tables provided.   There are also servers available to purchase drinks.  Since we were only able to obtain the limited number of tickets for this area they will go on a first come first served basis.  The price for general admission is $25.00 and consists of some permanent stadium seating and ample grass area for those who want to bring their own chairs.  Gates for the event open at 2pm, anyone paying for general admission with hopes of getting one of the permanent seats should plan to be there at that time.

Those sitting in the VIP area can arrive at their leisure, their seating is guaranteed.  We request that each chapter return their registration form with a chapter check covering the registration fee for their members and designated purchase price for the type of Blues on the River ticket desired.  Please understand that VIP seating is limited, so anyone we cannot get a VIP ticket will receive a general admission ticket and be reimbursed the difference.   All checks should be made out to the BSTMC-Little Rock and mailed to P.O. Box 55672, Little Rock, AR 72215.  Early registration ends on February 29, 2012.   Anyone registering after that date will have to pay a late registration fee of $50.00.  We understand there are individuals from other frontiers who are interested in attending.
